Descrizione del progetto
The current project aims at contributing to the existing literature by evaluating the effects of recent, and less recent, reforms on the quality of the matches between workers and firms. It will do so by relying on (i) new methods for evaluating sorting and its trends over time, (ii) the quasi-experimental research designs offered by recent reforms, and (iii) econometric analyses of high-quality matched employer-employee data.
