The project deals with an analysis of military leaders' perceptions of education and training received for missions in crises response deployments, and it focuses primarily on leaders' own experiences of how this training is adequate in such ambiguous and turbolent crises environments. The hypothesis to be checked is that the model of military leadership today is tending to change, just becauseof the diverse though persisting changes in the operative theatres where military forces are.
